Mark Brandt Mark Brandt is a technician in the Command & Control (C3) Section which consists of video, radio, time-base and fire systems. He is responsible for maintaining the fire alarm; access control and public address systems. Included in his duties are the continuous upgrade of his systems and the installation of new fire alarm systems. He also runs a prototype circuit board manufacturing laboratory to support development projects at the Test Range. Mark’s advice on becoming a technician:
