As part of Denel Overberg Test Ranges philosophy to provide a one-stop service to our clients a comprehensive range of support services that our clients might need while deploying to the Test Range, are provided. Along with full logistic support and extended target services, supplementary facilities such as integration areas, explosives storage, workshops, offices, as well as accommodation and catering are available on site.

Both buildings are equipped with 380V 3-phase electricity, total lighting, an overhead crane, compressed air, cable trenches, fire protection and large access doors. Both buildings are equipped with “walk-in” safes for which clients can setup their own security codes. The largest building is licensed for up to 500 kg propellant and equipped with blast panels. One of the buildings has been adapted to also serve as a helicopter hangar and base for helicopter operations. If required internet connections to both buildings can be provided via the local area network.
Fully furnished office areas are available adjacent to the integration facilities. It typically consist of separate offices, large areas which can be used as open offices and/or for instrument deployment, a conference room, “walk-in” safe, toilet facilities and a small kitchen. The areas are supplied with a PA system, telephones, and local area networks which can be connected to the internet.
Two explosives magazines with an area of 125 m2 each are licensed to store up to 20 000 kg rocket propellants each, igniters and fuses are stored at a safe distance. A total amount of up to 5 000 kg of high explosives can be stored in one of these magazines. There is also a small magazine for up to 100 kg of pyrotechnics.
