The Test Range supports training and development of employees by providing bursaries, interest free study loans and employer financed training.

• Bursaries are allocated according to the organisations knowledge and skills needs.
• Interest free study loans are granted to employees if the intended studies fulfil the agreed development needs and the employee could be considered for an alternative career within the organisation.
• Employer financed training may pay the costs of attendance of courses, seminars, congresses and symposia, if the subjects are in line with agreed training needs and supportive to the knowledge and skills required by the Test Range.
